1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the derizw.com website and services (the “Service”). By connecting your Deriv account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not connect your account or use the Service.

2. Who we are

derizw.com provides a payment interface that helps you deposit funds to and withdraw funds from your Deriv account using supported local payment methods such as EcoCash and InnBucks.

Deriv is a separate third-party platform. Your Deriv account, trading activity, and Deriv’s own terms remain between you and Deriv. We are not Deriv and we do not provide investment, trading, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use Deriv and the payment methods you select in your jurisdiction.

You confirm that the payment wallets and account details you provide belong to you (or that you are authorised to use them), and that information you submit is accurate and complete.

4. Connecting your Deriv account

To use deposits and withdrawals through the Service, you authenticate with Deriv via their OAuth flow. We use that connection only as needed to operate the Service (for example, identifying your wallet and processing payment-agent transfers).

You can disconnect at any time from your profile. Disconnecting stops further use of the Service until you connect again; it does not cancel payments already in progress.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Supported methods, limits, and processing times may change. Current guidance is shown in the app and on Support.

You are responsible for entering the correct wallet number, amount, and other payment details. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you provide.

Payment networks and mobile-money operators may delay, reverse, or fail transactions. We will show status information when available; final settlement depends on those third parties and on Deriv.

6. Fees

Any fees charged by derizw.com for the Service will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction, where applicable.

Mobile-money operators, banks, and Deriv may charge their own fees. Those fees are outside our control.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorised access, or any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse, delay, or reverse a transaction, or suspend access, where we reasonably suspect abuse, error, or legal risk.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages at Deriv or payment providers, or network issues may affect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, derizw.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party services (including Deriv, EcoCash, InnBucks, or other payment networks).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
